Elevate sales performance as a Sales Support Associate with Noramco, working from home in Ottawa. You will empower the sales team and enhance customer satisfaction through backend support.

This full-time role assists the sales team by managing administrative tasks effectively. Engage in continuous product training with a goal to advance to Account Manager. Your collaboration will ensure smooth operations and improved sales ROI while monitoring competitor activities for strategic advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sales team with backend administrative tasks

• Enter pricing quotations and follow up on quotes

• Maintain and update customer account databases

• Process Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) paperwork

• Generate customer sales reports for sales team

Requirements:

• Completed Grade 12 education

• 1–2 years of related sales support experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong communication and people skills

• Eager to develop sales and inventory management skills
