Position: Area After Sales Specialist - Hybrid Role
Drive parts and service growth as an Area After Sales Manager with Volkswagen Group Canada. This full-time, hybrid role focuses on dealer coaching and strategic business development in Quebec.

In this pivotal position, you will manage dealer performance and implement effective sales tactics to boost customer satisfaction. Your strong analytical skills paired with a collaborative approach will ensure high-quality service and customer-oriented processes across dealerships. Build relationships and work closely with dealership staff to facilitate sustainable growth in parts and service sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and optimize retail and warranty touch points

• Guide dealers in marketing and merchandising strategies

• Promote accessory integration into vehicle sales

• Spot-check compliance with VW standards

• Assist dealers in escalated customer care situations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in commerce or business

• At least 3 years of after-sales experience

• Proven supervisory experience in the field

• Knowledge of automotive after-sales processes

• Competent in Microsoft tools and business intelligence
