Hands-On Sales Director

Drive performance marketing success as a Sales Director with Creative Clicks in a hybrid setting. This role requires a strong closer with ownership mindset to expand our US operations.

Creative Clicks is seeking a hands-on Sales Director with 3-4 years of experience. You will take charge of end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to closing deals, while driving new advertiser acquisition. Building strong client relationships and creating commercial strategies to expand market reach are crucial to enhancing revenue across mobile performance and enterprise verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closing

• Drive advertiser acquisition across various performance verticals

• Manage sales pipeline and forecast revenue progression

• Grow existing account revenue through upsell initiatives

• Partner with Customer Success to enhance client retention

Requirements:

• 2-3 years in sales or revenue-driven roles

• Proven record of closing deals and pipeline management

• Strong grasp of performance advertising models

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• CRM experience essential
