In this remote role reporting to the Assistant Manager, Sales, you will utilize various communication methods including phone, chat, and video conferencing. You’ll identify customer needs, sell personal insurance products, and maintain robust documentation. Key Responsibilities:
• Tailor interactions using emerging technology solutions
• Identify customer needs and develop contact plans
• Establish and nurture relationships with prospective clients
• Create a trusting environment for sales and retention
• Process account changes and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements:
• CIP and RIBO license required
• Minimum three years’ sales experience in insurance
• Exceptional communication skills at all levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Knowledge of Epic, Salesforce preferred
