Position: Head of Sales, EMEA North – Founding Role (Remote)

Emporix is an AI-driven Autonomous Commerce Execution Platform that gives enterprises full control over how their commerce works. It orchestrates operations end-to-end—so companies can scale faster, respond smarter, and deliver better customer experiences.

We’re now looking for the first dedicated sales hire for EMEA North - someone who will take ownership of our revenue growth in the region, collaborating across the business to build a sustainable foundation.

You will be the first sales-focused person in the region, responsible for developing pipeline, winning customers, and establishing Emporix as a strong player across EMEA North.

This role is ideal for someone who combines a drive for results with a collaborative spirit, thrives in a high-trust environment, and is motivated by shaping something from the start.

What You’ll Be Doing Owning & Building the Region
  • Lead the strategy and growth of the EMEA North market (UK, Nordics, Netherlands, and beyond).
  • Define and execute the regional go-to-market approach.
  • Identify target industries, accounts, and growth opportunities.
  • Act as the primary commercial point of contact in the region.
Winning and Closing Deals
  • Own the full sales cycle end-to-end — from prospecting to closing.
  • Engage with both mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.
Building Pipeline from Scratch
  • Cultivate a robust and sustainable pipeline through strategic outreach and relationship-driven market development.
  • Proactively identify and engage new prospects.
  • Build a strong and sustainable pipeline in a new market.
Partner & Ecosystem Collaboration
  • Work closely with our Head of Ecosystem and Internationalisation to leverage partner-driven opportunities and market initiatives.
  • Collaborate with partners on co-selling opportunities while maintaining ownership of the sales cycle.
  • Contribute to building a scalable, partner-influenced go-to-market model in the region.
Solution Selling & Customer Value
  • Run discovery sessions and workshops to understand customer needs.
  • Position Emporix across digital commerce.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, and Marketing to deliver tailored solutions.
Market Development & Representation
  • Act as a brand ambassador and thought leader.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Provide structured feedback to Product and Marketing based on market insights.
Forecasting & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline visibility.
  • Provide reliable forecasts and performance updates.
  • Keep track of market trends and competitor activity.
What We’re Looking For
  • Since this is a foundational role, we are looking for a pioneering spirit who is ready to step into their first Head of Sales position.
  • You have a proven track record in SaaS sales, ideally within digital commerce, PIM, order management, or similar ecosystems.
  • You are experienced in navigating both mid-market and enterprise landscapes, understanding the unique needs of each.
  • You possess a natural ability to identify high‑potential opportunities and foster long‑term customer success.
  • You are impact‑oriented, bringing a proactive and thoughtful approach to solving complex challenges.
  • You take pride in a structured and disciplined approach, ensuring consistency as you build the region’s sales engine.
  • You thrive in a startup environment, valuing the high level of trust, ownership, and autonomy that comes with a "ground floor" role.
  • You understand the power of partnerships, with experience (or a strong interest) in collaborating within ecosystem‑driven sales models.
  • You are a clear and empathetic communicator, skilled at managing diverse stakeholders and building rapport quickly.
  • You are fluent in English (additional European languages are a wonderful plus).
  • You are energized by travel, ready to meet customers and partners across the region and occasionally connect with the wider team in person.
