Mid Market Account Executive
Infobip is a global cloud communication platform that serves more than 80% of the world’s businesses. As a Mid Market Account Executive, you contribute to the company’s growth by selling Infobip’s products and services to small‑to‑medium and mid‑market clients.
Job OverviewAs an individual contributor within a regional structure, you report directly to the Head of New Business. Your mission is to drive new business growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing tier‑2 clients. You partner with cross‑functional specialists to design and present solutions that add value, and you manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing while maintaining accurate CRM records.
Responsibilities- Qualify leads and drive the full sales cycle to successfully close tier‑2 clients.
- Sell a defined subset of products or services directly or via partners within your assigned account list.
- Collaborate with specialists to design and deliver comprehensive solution proposals.
- Develop and present strong value propositions tailored to customer needs.
- Manage sales activities including forecasting, account strategy, resource planning, and pipeline tracking.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to successfully close deals.
- Maintain and grow client relationships in partnership with Mid‑market Account Managers, including cross‑selling and supporting complex renegotiations.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in the CRM system to reflect sales progress and customer interactions.
- Experience in B2B sales, managing full‑cycle sales processes.
- Proven ability to qualify leads and close deals within SMB or mid‑market segments.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience handling contractual discussions.
- Ability to develop structured account strategies and manage forecasting.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders and specialists.
- Structured and disciplined approach to CRM management and pipeline tracking.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
