Overview

The Inside Sales Advisor - Digital Sales Development supports early‑stage sales engagement within the Gas Technology Services (GTS) Digital group. You will shape digital solutions to meet customer needs and support commercial teams in turning opportunities into projects.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to pipeline development and support Solution Architects in early business growth.
  • Bring fresh ideas for commercial solutions and support Product Leadership in developing new program streams based on market feedback.
  • Define strategies, coordinate with Regional and Account Sales Leads, and ensure right support and compliance during the demand creation phase.
  • Cross‑pollinate relevant content across IET and BH organizations, collaborate with Solution Architects, Sales, and Commercial peers, and leverage Digital Delivery integrated solutions as a growth engine.
  • Conduct market research and validate specific customer and market scenarios.
  • Actively contribute to the GTS Digital portfolio and build a repeatable, consistent approach to regional sales and opportunity management.
  • Share content and customer outcome insights with internal teams.
  • Integrate into the broader GTS and Industrial & Energy Technology (IET) organizations.
Qualifications
  • Degree in a related discipline or equivalent knowledge or work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of customer‑facing work experience in aftermarket services within the Energy sector.
  • Experience in Digital services.
  • Knowledge of digital sales approaches and strong negotiation skills.
  • Analytical problem‑solver with ability to lead stakeholders in complex matrix environments.
  • Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and leadership communication skills.
  • Ability to plan, market, and execute programs.
