About the role

LHH Recruitment Solutions is a division of the Adecco Group, offering temporary and permanent recruitment services in accounting and finance.

As a Sales Executive, you will be the virtual face of our business, prospecting, cold calling, generating new business, cultivating relationships, negotiating, forecasting, managing a territory and providing exceptional customer service. You will partner and strategize with Fortune 500 clients to deliver staffing solutions that enhance their organizations.

• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s degree or five (5) years of professional work experience.
• Client sales guru: proficient at cold calling, solution selling, account growth, metric review and presentation delivery.
• Productivity expert: manages time, sets priorities, meets deadlines and handles multiple tasks simultaneously.
• People champion: builds positive relationships, interacts positively at all levels, and stays current on labor & employment laws.
• Technologically inclined: proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Skilled communicator: delivers verbal and written messages effectively in one‑on‑one and group settings.
• Self‑motivated go‑getter: displays relentless competitiveness in a fast‑paced, rewarding environment.
