What You’ll Be Doing
You will introduce small and medium business customers to Verizon’s high‑tech 5G products and services, showcasing end‑to‑end solutions that energize their businesses. You will conduct retail, digital, and outbound prospecting, demonstrate value, and drive small‑business results by generating new business and nurturing existing accounts.
- Drive small‑business sales results through the retail channel, partnering with and mentoring Consumer Retail Sales Representatives.
- Grow your customer base by acquiring and retaining accounts in the small‑business segment.
- Use solutions‑based selling techniques to solve business problems for customers.
- Engage in outbound sales prospecting and customer visits.
- Serve the needs of the existing customer base.
- Utilize sales enablement systems and tools to track, forecast, and manage pipeline and books of business.
The role offers a competitive base salary with a target individual‑based commission program that allows unlimited earning potential. Pay varies by geography, performance, and experience. The annual salary range for a full‑time schedule is $39,500.00 – $64,700.00.

- Bachelor’s degree or at least four years of work experience.

- Valid driver’s license.

- A degree (Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or related certifications).
- Outside sales experience, including outbound prospecting.
- Wireless sales experience that exceeded quota.
- Experience influencing a team to drive sales results.
- Capability to drive positive results in a team environment.
- People skills for influencing, negotiating, conflict resolution, and building trust.
This hybrid role requires working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, as determined by your manager.
