Joining Kairoi as a Leasing Professional (Part Time) involves a dynamic mix of sales, resident management, marketing, customer service, and relationship building.
Typical DayEach day is varied, requiring sales outreach, on‑site guest interactions, marketing efforts, and resident relationship building.
Responsibilities- First Friendly Face
:
Manage the sales process from start to finish, serve as the face of the community, greet future residents via phone, email, video, and in‑person tours. - Provide hospitality and enthusiasm while scheduling visits, conducting tours, and evaluating resident eligibility.
- Deliver excellent service that enhances the resident experience.
- Work at home to quickly close leases to meet closing ratios, while maintaining professionalism and customer service.
- Understand and communicate community features, amenities, pricing, lease agreements, policies, and funding.
- Follow up with prospective and new residents via email, thank‑you notes, or phone to finalize decisions and renewals.
- Complete all lease paperwork (applications, lease agreements, addenda, employment & credit checks, move‑in packets) discreetly.
- Collect security deposits, rent, and other move‑in funds.
- Support marketing initiatives and suggest promotions and advertisements.
- Gather competitive market data, prepare survey reports, and analyze real‑estate trends.
- Conduct community inspections of vacant and model units.
- Understand and comply with Fair Housing Laws and practices.
- Maintain open communication with team members and leaders.
- Create resident events, build relationships, and propose innovative ways to enhance living experience.
- Act as a servant‑leader, promptly responding to resident needs and escalating concerns when necessary.
- Build partnerships with local businesses to attract future residents via outreach marketing.

- Strong sales and customer service experience.
- Organizational, multi‑tasking, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google and Microsoft Office Suites.

- Prior experience in leasing, sales, or hospitality.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an added plus but not required.
