Job Overview

Apartment Insiders, an energetic apartment‑finding company in Charlotte, NC, is seeking Apartment Search Consultants to help clients find their homes.

• Follow up promptly with company‑provided leads.
• Post advertising for apartments and manage social media accounts.
• Build referral relationships with HR departments and other partners.
• Screen prospective clients by asking qualified questions and answering inquiries.
• Drive clients to apartment communities, present multiple options, and schedule tours.
• Maintain professional appearance and deliver a positive client experience.

• Ability to obtain a North Carolina Real Estate license (required).
• Strong communication and customer‑relations skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or higher. A college degree is preferred but not required.

100% commission: $80,000–$200,000+ annually based on performance. Commission splits are generous.

• Flexible schedule: evenings as needed, Monday–Friday.
• Hybrid remote work in Charlotte, NC; must relocate to 28203 before starting.
• Company-provided tools, training, and marketing support.
• Smartphone, laptop, and reliable vehicle required.
• Physical requirements:
  
  walk large properties, climb four flights of stairs during tours.
