As a New Business Development Specialist, you’ll be on the front lines of growth, connecting with business leaders and introducing them to smarter, more effective benefits solutions. You’ll identify high‑potential prospects and book meetings for our licensed advisors, playing a critical role in helping organizations better support their people.
What You’ll Do:- Identify and prospect high‑potential businesses across Canada.
- Initiate outreach through phone and email to start meaningful conversations.
- Qualify leads and book appointments for our licensed sales advisors.
- Track outreach activity, follow‑ups, and outcomes in our CRM.
- Collaborate with teammates to share strategies, improve performance, and achieve team goals.
You’ll be set up for success with a dedicated trainer, structured onboarding, and a proven playbook. You’ll learn our products, our approach, and how to confidently engage with business owners who are looking for a better way to deliver benefits.
What You Bring:- Experience in sales, cold calling, or business development.

- Level 1: $47,000 base + uncapped monthly bonuses (average $1,200).
- Level 2: $52,000 base + uncapped monthly bonuses (average $1,800).
- Level 3 (Senior): $57,000 base + uncapped monthly bonuses (average $2,500).
- Uncapped bonus potential with achievable targets.
