Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and fast-paced Inbound B2B Sales Closer to manage and convert warm inbound leads generated through social media, email, and web inquiries.

This role focuses on high-intent B2B sales conversations, pipeline management, consultative selling, and CRM ownership, making it ideal for someone experienced in custom merchandise, apparel, or promotional products sales environments.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (40 hours/week)

Responsibilities
  • Lead Conversion: Respond rapidly to warm inbound inquiries from business owners, qualify their needs (quantities, branding, timelines), and close bulk orders.
  • CRM Management: Fully own and manage the sales pipeline within Go High Level  (GHL) CRM, ensuring accurate tracking and prompt follow-ups.
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly sales targets, maximize order values through strategic upselling, and foster repeat business.
  • Production Hand-off: Coordinate with fulfillment teams to confirm artwork specifications and ensure 100% order accuracy before production.
Must-Have Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales closing or high-volume inbound sales environments.
  • Advanced, hands-on experience using Go High Level  (GHL) CRM or similar pipelines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills (C1/C2 level).
  • Strong consultative selling, objection handling, and multi-lead management skills.
  • Fast response times, a high sense of urgency, and a reliable remote home office setup.
Nice-To-Have Requirements
  • Direct experience selling custom merchandise, branded apparel, embroidery, or promotional products.
  • Familiarity with social media-driven inbound sales workflows.
  • Proven track record with upselling and managing warm lead pipelines with high conversion expectations.
  • Full ownership of inbound lead conversion workflows with uncapped bonus potential tied directly to sales performance.
