** Business Development Manager

** THE ROLE
** The Business Development Manager takes ownership and is accountable for Sales, Market Growth, and Brand Positioning in the assigned territories and verticals.

Achieve performance excellence in the critical areas of: (1) B2B Sales; (2) Client Acquisition, Growth, Engagement, Retention & Recovery; and (3) Client Onboarding.

Assist in the formulation of the Sales Strategy and drive innovative initiatives to achieve sales targets.

As a Brand Ambassador, champion the Super Care Brand in every interaction, fostering trust and credibility among stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
* Identify and capitalise new business opportunities
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in our target market
* Deliver compelling presentations and tailored solutions that align with client needs
* Monitor and analyse market trends to optimise sales strategies
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence
* Provide strategic insights and recommendations
** THE PREFERRED COMPETENCIES
*** Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or similar roles
* Strong understanding of Sales/Business Development strategies and best practices
* Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
* Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills
* A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team
