• Manage day‑to‑day client interactions and regular check‑ins.
• Monitor client satisfaction and elevate concerns as needed.
• Track updates and maintain accurate client records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support client needs.
• Contribute to client retention efforts.

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management or similar client‑facing roles.
• Understanding of software development or technology services.
• Experience managing multiple accounts.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Advanced level of English.
