About the role: The Account Executive is a crucial role within the Dataprise Sales team, dedicated to selling across a variety of industry verticals and segments. Leading by example, this role drives a culture of performance and measurement using The Challenger sales process and best practice methodologies to consistently achieve (and exceed) goals. This is a great opportunity to join an energetic, passionate, respectful, and dedicated Sales organization.
What You’ll Do:- Achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Leverage proven sales methodology and related tools to generate opportunities and sell specific business line solutions and technical products that align with the needs of our customers.
- Create meaningful relationships that drive an understanding of the diverse issues faced by customers across various industries, and propose solutions that deliver measurable improvements to their business.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure positive outcomes for customers.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Maintain a high customer satisfaction rating.
- Create and execute actionable territory plans necessary to achieve goals.
- Manage and execute all aspects of the sales motion.
- 5 years of prior sales experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in exceeding new sales goals and managing customer relationships.
- Ability to handle complex sales environments.
- Understanding of IT terminology (particularly Microsoft technologies) and ability to translate technical jargon into non‑technical terms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Fantastic interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate multiple internal resources at once.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize time well, juggling multiple tasks at once.
