Compensation:
Year 1 OTE: $125,000–$150,000 ($70,000-$90,000 Base + Uncapped Commission)

What You’ll Do:
- Build Relationships:
Nurture long‑term relationships with sponsors by delivering unparalleled value before, during, and after the event. - Drive Revenue:
Own your sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, with CRM tools to forecast and track your success. - Deliver Results On‑Site:
Travel to events to ensure seamless delivery for your sponsors while upselling and cross‑selling in person.
You're a top performer who thrives in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment. You have:
- 2–5 years of sponsorship sales experience for corporate events.
- Proven success in prospecting, relationship building, and consultative selling.
- Confidence in engaging senior executives.
- A results‑driven mindset with a history of exceeding quotas.
- Comfort with CRM systems and tracking KPIs.

Consistently over‑performed in sponsorship sales. - Hands‑On
