Position: Sales Director – Key Accounts (Hospitality Technology, Remote)

Overview

Sales Director – Key Accounts (Hospitality Technology)

Location:

Remote with up to 40% travel.

We are seeking a Sales Director of Key Accounts to lead the expansion and retention of its most prominent clients, focusing on acquiring new key accounts, expanding existing partnerships, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders—including architects, contractors, and FF&E vendors—to deliver a full suite of guest-facing technology solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead acquisition, retention, and growth within a portfolio of national and strategic accounts
  • Forecast, manage, and report on a full sales pipeline in Salesforce
  • Build trusted relationships with executives and key decision makers at ownership groups, management companies, and hospitality brands
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to achieve and exceed quotas
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Operations to deliver best-fit solutions
  • Attend industry trade shows and networking events to represent the company and generate leads
  • Serve as a collaborative leader and role model within the sales organization
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years enterprise sales experience, ideally in systems, software, or hospitality technology
  • Proven success managing large, complex accounts and expanding revenue within them
  • Experience selling hardware, content, or software into the hospitality industry preferred
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence at the C-level
  • Demonstrated success in quota attainment, account expansion, and long-term client growth
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and sales tools
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 40%
