Salary Range: $65,000 – $125,000 per year (Base + Commission + Bonus)

We are seeking experienced insurance producers to focus on customer retention and cross‑selling. This role blends sales and service to enhance client interactions.

• Deliver exceptional customer experience

• Conduct proactive protection reviews and identify coverage gaps
• Act as primary point of contact for existing clients, resolve inquiries promptly

• Collaborate with team to share insights and strategies

• Minimum 1 year insurance experience
• California insurance license required or willingness to obtain
• Strong sales acumen and confidence in asking for business
• Excellent communication skills, both phone and in‑person

• Organized and able to juggle multiple accounts
