Loan Sales Representative – Adamsville, AL

Salary: $14.00 to $15.75 per hour

The Loan Sales Representative (LSR) works closely with the Branch Manager and staff to build relationships and meet the needs of customers.

• Recommends products and services to support individual and branch sales goals and customer expectations.
• Markets branch products and services to customers and potential customers.
• Conducts assigned collection calls of customer accounts to arrange payment.
• Seek opportunities to originate new loans with new and existing customers.
• Develop knowledge of credit underwriting methods and sales tools.
• Ensure customer information is correct and documents interactions.
• Consistently meet or exceed branch and individual goals.
• Conduct dialogues with customers to identify and respond to needs in a timely and efficient manner.
• Build internal and external relationships.
• Ensure customer confidentiality and privileged information is maintained.
• Adhere to all 1
  
  FFC policies and procedures dialogues.
• Comply with all State and Federal regulations.
• Exhibit knowledge of all 1
  
  FFC products.
• Seek additional opportunities and responsibilities.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Working onsite at the branch office is an essential function (working from home not permitted).
• Ability to meet current Licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators.
• Demonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgment.
• Advanced interpersonal relationship skills at a variety of levels and contexts.
• Ability to maintain confidential business and personal information.
• Action and result focused.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite products.
• Possess a valid driver's license and ability to operate an automobile.
