Regional Sales ManagerWe’re looking for an energetic and talented Regional Sales Manager to extend our reach in the K–12 educational space. In this role you will cultivate new and existing relationships with school districts and educational programs, serving our devoted customer base in the early childhood and educational markets while exploring new segments such as middle and high schools.
Responsibilities- Secure new and repeat business by building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in a designated geographical area.
- Partner with internal sales resources to support needs and increase business.
- Consistently call on, build, and maintain relationships with customers within assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the Regional Vice President/Regional Director to build, adjust, and drive sales strategies.
- Target key customers and assess customer needs.
- Communicate respectfully, effectively, concisely and with clarity to all inside partners in regular meetings with a variety of internal HQ departments and sales channels.
- Participate in local, state and national conferences to promote the Lakeshore brand.
- 3+ years of successful sales experience and proven entrepreneurial know‑how.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Solid presentation skills with the ability to speak to customer needs at all levels.
- Strong work ethic and team player mentality; able to perform outstanding work from home.
- Ideal candidate resides in the Dayton, Cincinnati or Columbus areas and can travel within the territory, including 2–3 overnight stays per week on average.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Salary: $80,000 – $100,000.
