Our fully remote, high‑performance sales role enables you to earn top incomes while building a long‑term career in the mortgage industry.
Compensation & TrainingBase salary and uncapped commission structure:
- Stage 1 (first 13 weeks of training): $20 per hour + uncapped performance bonuses.
- Stage 2 (after training completion):
- $60,000 annual base
- Uncapped bonuses
- $5,000 one‑time promotion bonus
Successful salespeople often exceed $100,000–$120,000 by year three.
Your RoleLoan Officers guide clients through the home‑loan process, working exclusively with warm leads provided by the company—no cold calling.
- Build trust and tailor solutions to each customer.
- Own the entire sales cycle from objection handling to closing the deal.
- Maintain high volume and pressure‑ready performance.
- Real sales experience (last 5 years) where you influenced buying decisions, owned outcomes, handled objections, and closed deals.
- Background in B2B or B2C sales, in‑person or over the phone.
- College degree not required; fast learning & strong competitive drive.
- Experience in high‑volume, performance‑based environments.
- Self‑motivated remote worker who thrives independently.
- Hunger to earn and compete.
- Strong communication skills with customers.
- Ability to focus under pressure and maintain high volume.
- Openness to continuous learning in the mortgage field.
- Requires frequent oversight to stay on track.
- Prefers routine tasks over rapid change.
- Uncomfortable or unwilling to talk to customers over the phone.
- Primary interest is the mortgage industry, not high‑performance sales.
We are hiring only in the following states: AL, AZ, AR, FL, GA (excluding DeKalb and Fulton counties), , IN, IA, KS, MS, MO, MT, OK, TX, UT, and VA.
