As a member of our sales team, you will engage with 4-5 high-quality prospects daily, earning 10% commissions on products priced between $5,000 and $7,500, with uncapped earning potential and opportunities for advancement.

This is a commission-based role operating through gross sales, offering unlimited earning potential for successful closers.
About You:
Skills & Experience:
- At least one year of sales closing experience over the phone or via video with a B2C offer generating a minimum of $50,000 gross revenue
- Proven track record of 20%+ close rate with high integrity
- Strong internal communication skills and CRM usage
- Experience with outbound lead generation
- Positive mindset and energetic approach
- Empathetic and authoritative communication style
- Effective follow-up strategies and objection handling
- Ability to customize sales conversations and simplify complex ideas
Bonus Skills & Experience:
- Experience selling coaching services to consumers
- Understanding of digital marketing and video marketing
Responsibilities include:
- Selling via Zoom video calls
- Follow-up via email/text
- Suggesting improvements to sales processes
- Accurate data entry into CRM
- Connecting with warm leads and setting appointments
- Personalized video outreach
- Maintaining a 30%+ close rate
- Achieving KPIs and recording sales activities
- Collaborating with the team to improve sales
