We’re looking for an exceptional National Channel Sales Manager to join our growing global team at Mitiga.

We are seeking a talented National Channel Sales Manager with deep expertise in building strategic partnerships, driving channel sales, and accelerating ARR growth. In this role, you will be tasked with creating and scaling Mitiga’s channel program, building the program from inception, forging relationships with key VARs, MSSPs, MDRs, and System Integrators to expand our market presence and working closely with our Sales and Marketing team to drive pipeline creation and new ARR growth.
You will work closely with Mitiga’s Sales team, Marketing, and Product Managers to develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies, co-selling initiatives, and enablement programs that empower partners to successfully sell Mitiga’s solutions.

What you’ll do:Define and execute a comprehensive strategy, including a partner engagement model and sales playbook, to drive revenue through channel partnerships.
Identify, onboard, and cultivate relationships with key VARs, MSSPs, MDRs, and System Integrators to extend Mitiga’s reach in the market.
Develop and implement joint go-to-market plans that include co-selling strategies, enablement programs, and marketing initiatives to ensure partners effectively sell Mitiga’s solutions.
Ensure that partners are well-trained, equipped, and incentivized to position and sell Mitiga’s solutions effectively.
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align channel strategies with company goals and customer needs.
Structure mutually beneficial, long-term partnership agreements.
Track and analyze partner performance, success metrics, and refine strategies to enhance the channel program’s impact.
Demonstrated success in developing new partner programs and scaling them effectively.
Strong understanding of how VARs, MSSPs, MDRs, and System Integrators operate, their business models, and how to drive mutual success.
Experience:
Ability to engage with C-level executives within partner organizations and collaborate to drive enterprise sales growth.
Capable of clearly articulating Mitiga’s value proposition and aligning solutions with partner and customer needs.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, able to think strategically and execute tactically.
An existing network of VARs, MSSPs, MDRs, and technology partners in cybersecurity is a plus.
Proven experience in structuring co-selling programs, joint marketing initiatives, and channel incentive structures.
For this position, the estimated base salary is between $140-170K with on-target earnings (OTE) being between $200,000 - $250,000 USD. Other aspects of compensation include equity grants and generous benefits.
