About the Role:Senior Sales Manager
This role is ideal for a hands‑on, metrics‑driven sales leader who excels at coaching and developing a high‑performing team. You’ll lead through a structured, consultative sales process while owning team performance and revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Own team performance, pipeline health, and overall revenue results
- Drive accountability around activity levels, outreach, and execution
- Stay actively involved in CRM and pipeline management
- Coach reps to advance and close deals (player‑coach mindset, not a closer role)
- Partner cross‑functionally with Sales Ops, Marketing, and leadership on strategy and messaging
- 7+ years of combined inside and outside sales experience, specifically within digital marketing and automotive
- 5+ years of experience managing B2B sales teams (5–10 quota‑carrying reps)
- Proven track record of leading teams to meet and exceed quota
- On‑target earnings (OTE): $245,000 – $350,000
