The Remote Engagement Hybrid Sales Representative engages customers through multiple remote channels to promote brand messaging, develop and maintain relationships with targeted medical offices, and profile and manage a targeted list to grow product volume. The role is approximately 70% remote and requires covering HCP practices in the U.S. about 30% of the time.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities- Manage daily sales call activity to influence customers and increase product sales.
- Travel approximately 30% of the time to cover accounts and events in various time zones as needed.
- Promote Client products via outbound and inbound telephone calls, virtual meetings, and in-person HCP visits nationally.
- Engage assigned HCP targets in in-depth program discussions to attain individual, territory, and company sales and market share goals.
- Profile and manage targeted list of HCPs and provide value-added benefits to grow product volume.
- Maintain call productivity and metrics required by the program.
- Create and implement business plans to achieve territory and business sales goals.
- Pass all product training and certifications successfully.
- Communicate effectively and persuasively with customers using selling, listening, negotiation skills, proper terminology, and approved messaging.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of Client products and programs.
- Adhere to approved direction related to product promotions.
- Verify and complete required data entry in CRM systems, such as details of target responses and follow-through actions.
- Listen and respond appropriately to customer needs and questions.
- Communicate with senior sales leaders, team members, and Amplity on project progress as required.
- Prepare reports for management as needed.
- Fully comply with all laws, regulations, Amplity Policies, Code of Conduct, privacy and data guidelines, and relevant state and federal laws.
- Participate in teleconferences and live team meetings and training sessions, and represent the client at national and/or local conventions when applicable.
- Perform special projects and assignments as directed by the manager.
- Other duties as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Ability to travel within the U.S. with live face-to-face HCP interactions approximately 30% of the time or as needed.
- Minimum of one year of experience in pharma, life sciences, medical sales, or a clinical background.
- Effective experience managing multiple priorities.
- Willingness to cover all time zones in a virtual sales environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong focus on providing customers with superior support and service.
- Strong rapport-building and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Effective at uncovering and overcoming sales obstacles, resulting in strong sales performance.
- Highly engaging and collaborative in a virtual sales environment.
- Strong business acumen with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with healthcare professionals to drive product utilization for appropriate patients.
- Strong technical skills with virtual platforms and Microsoft Office.

Certain geographic jurisdictions or hospital systems may require a representative license, which may vary by location.
