Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales and growth targets and monitor performance monthly and quarterly.
- Establish, nurture, and expand relationships with national chain accounts by presenting solutions to senior executives, attending trade shows and events, identifying account needs, discovering new business opportunities, and advocating for Copeland.
- Analyze market conditions, competitive intelligence, industry trends, and product gaps to communicate internally and optimize strategy.
- Demonstrate self‑motivation and proactivity in developing relationships and executing strategic sales plans.
- Show organizational skills and ability to generate new business.
- Manage pipeline activities and sales processes, detail opportunities in Salesforce, and collaborate with internal partners such as product management, engineering, legal, international sales, and operations.
- Share knowledge with the organization to inform, educate, train, and develop others as required.
- Negotiate pricing agreements with accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of sales experience with increasing responsibility.
- Up to 50% travel required.
- Legal work authorization in the United States; sponsorship will not be provided.
- Experience in software, technology, food retail, and/or logistics, especially with strategic accounts and national chains.
- Bilingual language skills are preferred.
Ideal location:
Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The position offers remote work flexibility while requiring key travel to customers. Remote employees on the West Coast are also welcome.
