GRYB USA is growing fast and we need a Southeast Regional Sales Manager who is ready to OWN a 6-state territory across AL, TN, GA, FL, NC, and SC.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Building and growing an independent dealer network across a 6-state SE territory — from the ground up where needed
  • Recruiting new dealer partners, filling coverage gaps, and expanding market reach
  • Training dealer sales teams on the full GRYB portfolio and making sure they can sell it confidently
  • Hunting new business — prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, close, and repeat
  • Getting out to the job sites, scrap yards, steel mills, ports, and demolition sites where the real decisions are made
  • Driving territory revenue toward $3M+ annual performance
  • Hitting the road 2–3 consecutive weeks per month — if you love to travel, this is your dream job
  • Owning your pipeline in Salesforce and working closely with our team on solutions that stick

Preferred home base:
Northern FL, AL, GA, or TN. Must live in territory at time of hire.

What We're Looking For:

You're the right fit if you have:
  • 5+ years of B2B outside field sales in heavy equipment, industrial machinery, or material handling attachments
  • Real OEM manufacturer-side experience — you've represented a manufacturer managing dealer and distributor networks on their behalf (not as the dealer)
  • A track record of recruiting, developing, and training dealer networks
  • Numbers you're proud of — documented territory revenue growth you can talk about
  • Technical comfort with hydraulics, magnets, load specs, and application fit
  • Salesforce or CRM experience
  • A valid driver's license and a home address inside the SE territory (AL, TN, GA, FL, NC, SC)
Bonus points if you have:
  • Background in scrap/recycling, steel, demolition, ports, or waste industries
  • Experience selling grapples, magnets, buckets, or similar attachments
  • Field demo and hands‑on product training experience
  • A story about growing a cold territory into something real
  • Existing dealer or distributor relationships across the Southeast
Compensation & Benefits

$75,000 – $90,000 base salary (DOE) + UNCAPPED commission — your ceiling is what you build it to be

Base + commission compensation. Total pay varies by performance. GRYB USA will not ask about prior compensation in accordance with applicable state law.
