Position Overview

We’re seeking a North America Sales Manager to join our team and drive growth across our U.S. client base. Reporting to the CMO & CEO, this role will be pivotal in expanding our market footprint and fostering strong client relationships within the digital marketing space.

This position requires the individual to be based in North America.

As the North America Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for shaping our approach in this key region. You’ll act as the voice of the customer, leveraging your insights and industry knowledge to refine our services and build valuable partnerships. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution and a commitment to helping our clients thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Regional Growth: Build and execute a sales strategy for North America, focusing on expanding our digital marketing services and client base.
  • Build Client Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning Creative X Growth’s services with their unique goals and challenges.
  • Lead Sales Initiatives: Develop proposals, presentations, and pitches that resonate with potential clients and highlight our agency’s strengths.
  • Market Insights: Stay current with digital marketing trends and competitive landscape to inform and adjust sales tactics.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with our account managers, marketing, and SEO teams to deliver cohesive, results-driven solutions.
  • Achieve Targets: Drive revenue and growth by meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent Our Brand: Act as the face of Creative X Growth at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, building our reputation and presence.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in a sales or business development role within digital marketing or a related field.
  • Proven Results: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing accounts.
  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, website development, content marketing) and client needs within North America.
  • Client-Focused: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to use data to guide decisions and adapt strategies based on market insights.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend events.
