About Us

Lia Insurance Agency is an independent insurance agency and part of a family owned business, Lia Auto Group. Our agency continues to grow and we are now looking to add a dedicated Lead Generation Specialist to our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexible, part-time work from home with the ability to earn additional bonuses based on performance.

Position Overview

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will make outbound calls to prospective customers using agency-provided leads, scripts, and a company phone system. Your goal is not to sell insurance, but to identify interested prospects and schedule them for a quote with one of our licensed insurance professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective insurance customers.
  • Follow provided scripts and talking points.
  • Identify interested prospects and gather basic information.
  • Schedule appointments or transfer qualified prospects to an agent.
  • Maintain accurate notes and call records.
  • Meet weekly activity and lead-generation goals.
  • Represent the agency professionally and courteously on every call.
