As a growing agency, we’re looking for a motivated and results-oriented New Business Acquisition Specialist to join our fully remote team and help expand our client base through proactive engagement and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and community outreach.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities.
  • Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate outreach strategies.
  • Track activity and report progress toward established objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures.
Qualifications
  • Ability to provide customer service AND new business acquisition.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable initiating contact and interacting with prospective customers.
  • Previous experience in marketing, outreach, customer service, or sales preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses (State Farm provides support for licensing).
Compensation
  • Salary listed does NOT include bonus or commission.
  • Commission is UNCAPPED
    , providing unlimited earning potential based on your performance.

Compensation $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
