Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Specialist, with work-from-home opportunities. The Inside Sales Specialist will focus on lead generation, engaging and qualifying potential clients, nurturing client relationships, and assisting in closing deals. Additional responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working closely with marketing and other teams to achieve sales targets. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with a focus on identifying and converting potential clients
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs
  • Capacity to maintain and enhance Customer Satisfaction by building strong professional relationships
  • Understanding of ERP systems and business consulting is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
