Successful candidates will manage sales pipelines, respond to leads promptly, and close jobs confidently over the phone. You will also ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and organized record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and respond to leads quickly

• Book estimates and confidently close jobs over the phone

• Manage sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records

• Follow up with quotes and convert leads into booked work

• Coordinate scheduling with field teams

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and phone comfort

• Ownership mentality with leads from start to finish

• Organized and detail-oriented in pipeline management

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred

• Experience with CRM software is a plus
