Serenia Life Financial is expanding its team of Financial Insurance Representatives. Successful candidates will build and maintain relationships, develop new business, and deliver advisory services to help clients secure financial well-being.

• Develop current business through outbound prospecting, networking, and client meetings.

• Coordinate and manage new business quotes and renewals.

• Sales experience in financial services, real estate, retail, or related fields is an asset.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping people.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• LLQP license (or willingness to obtain; training provided).
