About This Role
New to B2B sales (or looking for first real “pipeline‑to‑close” experience)? This is a perfect opportunity to break into B2B sales through a fast‑paced, relationship‑driven industry—commercial insurance. It is also ideal for stay‑at‑home moms looking for flexible part‑time work with a clear path to earning more based on performance.
We help business owners secure Commercial Property (Fire) and Commercial Auto coverage. No renewals—just new sales.
What You’ll Do
- Talk with business owners and decision‑makers (B2B conversations)
- Collect info and submit applications to quote properly
- Quote, follow up, and help coordinate coverage to bind/issue policies
- Meet clients / coordinate locally as needed (Ohio‑based)
- Build your underwriting/coverage knowledge as you go
- Track everything in our CRM (leads → quotes → bound policies)
What You’ll Sell
- Commercial Property (Fire)
- Commercial Auto
Pay & Incentives (W‑2)
- Base pay $15.00/hour
- Plus commissions — Earn another $1000 just for hitting your goal (commissions are uncapped)
Target
- ~5 bound commercial policies per month
Requirements
- Must be able to acquire and maintain an Ohio Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Strong communication and confidence speaking with business owners
- Reliable follow‑up skills and good time management
- Recent college grads starting in B2B sales
- Anyone coachable who wants performance‑based growth
- Any sales/customer service experience (school clubs count)
- Reliable transportation (if in‑person)
