We are looking for a world‑class Marketing Manager‑Seller Acquisition to own and scale homeowner/seller leads (people who want to sell and stay).
This is a high‑impact, high‑visibility leadership role. You will build and lead the entire lead generation engine that directly fuels our revenue growth.
Your MissionOwn the strategy and execution to deliver 2,000+ homeowner leads per month within 12 months, with 60%+ coming from organic channels.
What You’ll Own- Full P&L responsibility for lead volume, cost‑per‑lead, and pipeline contribution
- Build and lead a small team (SEO, content, social, outreach) – starting with 4 direct reports
- Scale organic traffic from current 80k visits/mo to 500k+ visits/mo in 18 months
- Dominate Google for high‑intent keywords like “sell my house and rent it back,” “sale leaseback,” “sell house stay in it,” “cash home buyers that let you stay,” etc.
- Build the #1 thought‑leadership brand in sale‑leaseback and investor education
- Develop and execute a multi‑channel lead gen strategy with heavy emphasis on organic (SEO, content, social, referrals, partnerships)
- Own technical SEO, content calendar, link‑building, and on‑page optimization
- Build a high‑velocity content machine: blog posts, comparison pages, city‑specific landing pages, calculators, quizzes, You Tube explainer videos, case studies
- Scale organic social & community‑led growth on Linked In, Facebook Groups, Reddit (r/realestateinvesting, r/landlord), Bigger Pockets, Tik Tok
- Launch and scale a referral/partnership program with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, financial advisors, and iBuyers
- Work hand‑in‑hand with Paid team to amplify top‑performing organic content
- Implement lead scoring, routing, and nurturing in Hub Spot + Salesforce
- Hire, mentor, and manage a growing lead acquisition team
This is a remote position.
Requirements- 7+ years in lead generation & Growth Hacking
- US residential real estate, proptech experience reaching out to homeowners
- Hands‑on experience in the U.S. market, specifically marketing to homeowners in a true B2C context and driving seller intent
- Proven track record of building organic growth engines that deliver 1,000–5,000+ leads/month
- Deep, hands‑on expertise in SEO (you’ve ranked sites for competitive money keywords)
- Experience generating homeowner/seller leads AND real estate investor leads
- Previously led or built marketing teams, managerial experience
- Data‑driven: GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Hub Spot, Salesforce, Looker Studio
- Thrives in early‑stage startup chaos – you’ve done this before at a company doing $1M–$30M ARR
- Exceptional communication – you can present to executives and investors with ease
- Past success in residential real estate, sale‑leaseback, iBuyer, wholesale, or turnkey real‑estate models
- Experience with programmatic SEO and city/state landing page strategies
- Existing relationships in the real estate investor community (Bigger Pockets, REIA groups, etc.)
- Massive equity upside – we’re on a rocket ship
- Direct impact: your leads = our revenue
- Work alongside serial founders with multiple 9‑figure exits
- Be the architect of the category‑defining lead engine in sale‑leaseback
