RIX Industries is seeking a Director of Business Development focused on expanding market opportunities within North America's industrial refrigeration sector. This role requires experience in technical sales and building strategic relationships to drive market entry across applications such as cold storage and food processing.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience and a strong understanding of refrigeration systems. The position allows for remote work with up to 50% travel.
The salary range is $175,000 – $200,000 plus bonuses and includes health benefits and PTO.
