We seek energetic, self‑motivated inside sales representatives who can generate leads either via existing relationships or strategic calling to potential clients. Your main objective:

WHAT YOU WILL BE SELLINGOur firm works with companies on monthly retainer accounts for video, animation, web design, consulting, social media, SEO and traditional marketing activities.
As you can see from our site, we have a portfolio of awesome clients, a completely new and efficient way of delivering on the services, and a strong reputation of delivering ROI for our national and local/regional customers.
Our clients are local and global. Our average client generates anywhere from USD $10,000–$150,000 in their first year. We have an aggressive commission plan that enables the right person to make a great living!
It’s important to understand that we don’t sell to just anyone. We do not sell to very small businesses, we rarely sell outside our defined industries and we have specific client requirements. We are looking for great companies to provide our services. This means that we will sometimes pass on opportunities to continue seeking.
THIS IS NOT COLD CALLING LIKE YOU KNOW ITWe’re not interested in “dialing for dollars” and volume. Anyone can do that and you’re worth a lot more than just slamming out hundreds of calls. Companies don’t respond well to it and we don’t feel it works for the level of service we offer. Yes, you will be making plenty of initial and follow‑up calls, but they will be highly targeted and very systematic.
You will never feel totally blind going in. This is part of the reason we are seeking highly motivated, organized and skilled professionals. We are extremely focused and strategic about whom we work with and how we approach them.
After your orientation covering the industry, what we offer, our proprietary project/campaign process and how we’ve helped clients’ bottom lines (get ready to read and watch a LOT of information and have many discussions), you will work with your team leader to:
- Develop your first Hot 100 prospect list in a specific industry niche within one of our industries (sports, healthy lifestyle and/or energy technologies). We provide the initial lists to for you from our subscription to Hoovers and other online resources. You may also identify alternative methods of acquiring information for us to consider. We’re open to and appreciate your ideas.
- Develop a benefits based script and formula to attract interest in our programs. In this part you will also be looking for “triggering events” (more on this later) for your initial contact points.
- Create a qualification/disqualification system for rating the potential of prospective opportunities.
Once your personalized program is created, you will then be unleashed to open those doors and set up meetings for our executive staff (we do phone/web sales mostly and when properly qualified, we will send our reps for on‑site meetings).
You will manage all of your correspondence and activity for your prospects, opportunities and pipeline within our CRM system. You will identify real opportunities to bring to your Team Leader and set up initial phone/web based meetings. Once you get through the Hot 100, you will work again with your team leader to develop another Hot 100.
Our internal team will take over on the accounts once an initial call is completed and will be responsible for the pitch, the proposals and closing the business. Once that hand‑off is made by you, we will be responsible from that point forward, keeping you informed on progress we make and continuing your training on what, how and when we are proposing so you get a solid understanding of the entire process, hopefully resulting in a long‑term opportunity for you.
