Position: Senior Insurance Advisor, Hybrid Role
Westland Insurance Ltd. seeks a motivated Senior Insurance Advisor for Dealer Auto Services in Kelowna. This full-time hybrid position enhances community impact through client education and relationship management.

As a Senior Insurance Advisor, you will engage in selling ICBC and private auto insurance products while delivering premium customer service. Focusing on relationship-building with both clients and dealerships, you will seek opportunities for cross-selling while consistently meeting sales targets to grow our service presence in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell ICBC and private auto insurance policies

• Provide outstanding service to clients and dealerships

• Maintain strong partnerships with local dealerships

• Identify cross-selling opportunities for insurance products

• Meet or exceed sales targets regularly

Requirements:

• Level 1 Insurance License required

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Proven sales and customer service experience

• Team-oriented, positive, and professional demeanor

• Strong communication and relationship skills
