Position: OTIP Remote Sales Representative Role

This position requires you to engage with customers via phone, chat, and video while reporting directly to the Assistant Manager, Sales. You will identify client needs, create tailored solutions, and build strong relationships that foster both sales and customer loyalty. You'll document all customer interactions and maintain thorough records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize technology for client interactions and sales

• Identify needs to develop and market insurance products

• Sell by establishing contact and nurturing relationships

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer files

• Create trust to enhance business retention

Requirements:

• Valid CIP and RIBO licenses

• At least three years’ sales experience in personal lines

• Strong communication abilities

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce preferred
