Job Summary
Inside Solutions Representative – Cox Communications, Inc. (CCI Management Level Individual Contributor). Compensation: hourly pay $17.40 – $26.06, with potential annual incentive/commission target of $28,340.00.

Hybrid – ability to work remotely part of the week, with 5% travel.
Inside Solutions Representatives help small-to-medium business customers adopt technology solutions that drive mobility, scalability, and growth. You will build lasting relationships, provide proactive service, and secure new business through strategic collaboration.
Responsibilities- Handle inbound business customer calls related to new service activation, service upgrades, and account transfers, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Provide overflow support across additional call queues as needed, including assisting misrouted inquiries to ensure timely resolution.
- Proactively follow up on sales opportunities, installations, and customer inquiries to ensure timely resolution of issues and a high‑quality customer experience.
- Generate new business leads through proactive outreach and referral requests from existing customers, cultivating long‑term client relationships.
- Educate customers on installed products, service offerings, billing, and charges.
- Listen to customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Develop and deliver proposals and presentations based on clients’ business needs.
- Assess the serviceability of client locations and negotiate pricing, service levels, and terms with clients.
- Collaborate with sales engineers to find appropriate solutions and resolve installation or service issues.
- Perform ROI assessments to ensure sales profitability.
- Work with sales support to complete orders and maintain customer satisfaction, sharing customer insights and feedback with the marketing team.
- Minimum: 5 years of experience in a related field or a high school diploma/GED with 3 years of experience; or an associate, bachelor’s degree or certification in a related discipline.
- Proficiency with computers and common business software.
- Preferred:
Associate degree or technical certification in a related discipline. - Preferred:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting quotas. - Preferred:
Minimum 2 years of experience selling over the phone. - Preferred:
Minimum 6 months experience selling telecommunications products and services.
