We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to help expand our recruiting services business. You will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, generating new business opportunities, conducting sales meetings, and closing recruiting service agreements with companies across various industries.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated salesperson who enjoys consultative selling, business development, and helping organizations solve their hiring challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, Linked In, referrals, and networking.
- Identify companies with active hiring needs and engage decision-makers.
- Schedule and conduct discovery meetings with hiring managers, founders, HR leaders, and executives.
- Present recruiting and talent acquisition solutions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate service agreements.
- Manage the sales process from initial outreach through contract execution.
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure successful client onboarding and delivery.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, staffing, recruiting, or a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Professional English communication skills.
- Experience selling recruiting, staffing, HR, SaaS, or professional services.
- Experience working with U.S.
-based clients. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruiting processes.
- Base Salary: $24,000 – $48,000 per year
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000 – $200,000 per year
- Uncapped commission structure
