• Client Consultation:
  Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Customer Service:
  Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Networking:
  Build and maintain a network of clients through referrals, networking events, and community engagement.
• Training and Development:
  Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry changes and enhance sales skills.
• Target Achievement:
  Meet or exceed business development goals.

• Effective negotiation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with client management software.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Team‑spirited, enthusiastic and possess a great attitude when facing challenges.
• Experience as a former athlete (basketball, baseball, football, soccer, track, running, hockey, diving, rugby, lacrosse, swimming, try‑athletics, golf, tennis, pickleball, coach, athletic trainer, fitness trainer, etc.) is a bonus.
• Willingness and drive to do what it takes to contribute and achieve the goal at hand.
• Willingness and ability to obtain a Life insurance license.
