Excellent opportunity to enter healthcare consumer consulting. You will be a licensed healthcare agent, educating and assisting customers in selecting the right insurance policy to fit their needs during open enrollment season. Full‑time regular positions support clients continuously throughout the year, with seasonal or full‑time openings available. The role includes a robust benefit program (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO) and opportunities for career pathing and internal promotion.

• Educate and assist customers in selecting the right health insurance policy to fit their needs.
• Support healthcare through the annual enrollment period and throughout the year with assigned clients.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and sales performance in a remote, work‑at‑home setting.

• License to sell healthcare insurance in the current state of residence.
• Strong detail orientation and excellent communication/listening skills.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer‑facing environment with sales or closing experience.

• Standard wired Ethernet connection of at least 20 Mb/s download and 10 Mb/s upload; wireless not permitted.
• 21” or larger monitor; one monitor supplied by employee and one by Everise.
• Hard‑wired broadband service via DSL, cable, or fiber; satellite, microwave, or cellular hotspot not allowed.
• Headset supplied by employee (specific models provided during interview).
• Keyboard and mouse supplied by employee; some programs may offer bring‑your‑own‑device options.
