THE OPPORTUNITY: The Field Account Services Representative plays a crucial role in driving new business by generating qualified opportunities and targeting key accounts through diverse strategies. This position works in partnership with Account Managers in high-performing territories, supporting transactional sales, engaging in call lists and new account discovery, and providing in-person sales presentations and customer training. They will leverage internal technology for account research, engage customers over the phone and in-person to facilitate product orders, and diligently follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identifies new prospects and engages with existing customers to explore sales opportunities and fulfill customer needs
  • Conducts a high volume of outbound telephone dials on a daily basis
  • Travels to customer sites for meetings, product demonstrations and customer training, and trade shows up to 25% of the time
  • Collaborates closely with Account Managers in high-performing territories to support transactional sales efforts with weekly meetings to discuss strategy and outcomes
  • Works on call lists and hot leads and engages in new account discovery initiatives to expand the customer base
  • Stays informed about product features, compatibility, pricing, supporting materials, and available discounts/promotions
  • Responds promptly to requests for information and qualifies leads generated from inbound inquiries
  • Addresses customer inquiries via phone and email regarding product features, pricing, purchasing processes, and more
  • Maintains post-sale contact with clients to facilitate a positive and productive long-term relationship
  • Establishes strong customer relationships including problem resolution with customers about any account problems, concerns, needs, and more and communicates those issues with the company
  • Records accurate and timely records within the company’s CRM system
  • Attends and participates in regular sales meetings and training sessions

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • High School Diploma or its equivalent (GED);
    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum of two years’ successful sales experience
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, such as Net Suite or similar
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license, show proof of auto insurance, and have reliable transportation

WORK LOCATION: Realityworks, Inc. is located in Eau Claire, WI. This is a fully remote position, working from a home office in the North Carolina territory.
