Over $120M in annual revenue, multiple locations spanning the Midwest, and a full engineering and manufacturing bench behind you, this is not a rep role where you're handed a bag and told to figure it out.

As the Territory Sales Manager for Central and Northern Wisconsin, you will be managing the customer relationships, supplier partnerships, and revenue performance across your region. You'll report directly to a senior leader who came from the distribution side and understands what it takes to grow a book. The culture is results‑driven and trust‑based with a long leash.

Compensation is built to reward performance, with reps earning between $150K–$225K+ in their first year, including a strong base salary.
