Sales Executive - Mid-Atlantic

Job Title:

Sales Executive – Mid-Atlantic Region

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with experience in NGS workflow products, biotech, or relevant enterprise software sales. The role is field‑based and requires 50‑75% travel across the Mid‑Atlantic territory.

• Prospecting, pitching, and driving business development.
• Identifying and closing opportunities with new organizations.
• Maintaining consistent momentum in sales cycles and a healthy sales pipeline.
• Collaborating with Customer Success to ensure effective, customer‑focused onboarding.
• Advising the company and guiding product management on market and product requirements.

• 3‑5 years of consultative sales experience.
• Experience selling NGS or genomics products into hospital systems/lab environments, or broader commercial enterprise software solutions.
• Strong learning drive for genetics, diagnostics, or related health analytics.
• A hunter mentality, driven by a constant desire to generate new business.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Contract:

Permanent.

Pay Range (MA): $71,250 – $143,750.
