Rob Curley State Farm in Lansdale, PA is seeking a fully licensed, sales-driven Multiline Representative with a minimum of one year of recent State Farm agency experience. This remote role is built for a high-performing producer who consistently closes business while confidently handling service needs as required.
Licensing & Experience Requirements- Active Property & Casualty license required
- Active Life & Health license required
- Minimum 1 year of recent State Farm agency experience required
- Proven sales production history required
- Professional references required
This is a sales-first role where your primary responsibility is generating revenue through cross-selling, upselling, coverage reviews, and active lead management. You will also handle service responsibilities as needed, ensuring clients receive timely and professional support. The ability to seamlessly pivot from servicing a policy change into identifying and closing an additional coverage need is essential.
What You’ll Do- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities across personal lines and life products
- Convert conversations into coverage by identifying needs and recommending appropriate solutions
- Strengthen client relationships through proactive outreach and ongoing account development
- Balance sales execution with responsive, professional service when client needs arise
- Execute outbound follow-up on quotes, leads, and renewal opportunities to drive conversions
- Conduct detailed coverage reviews to uncover gaps and generate additional lines of business
- Quote, present, and bind auto, fire, and life policies using a needs-based sales approach
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and service requests with accuracy and urgency
- Assist clients with billing questions and provide guidance through claims situations
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation within State Farm systems
- Track activity and consistently achieve or exceed monthly production targets
- A sales-dominant professional with a proven track record of closing business
- Highly knowledgeable in State Farm underwriting and product positioning
- Confident in asking for the sale and effectively overcoming objections
- Able to balance high-level production with strong, responsive service
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable in a remote work environment
- A strong communicator with a polished and professional presence
- Base compensation plus commission and performance-based incentives
- Income directly tied to production results and performance

- Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
