About the Role

The Canello Agency in Canonsburg is hiring a sales producer to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound opportunities. This is a performance-driven role with strong earning potential, structured training, and clear expectations. You are not responsible for sourcing your own business, but it is always encouraged!

What You’ll Do
  • Handle inbound calls and assigned leads daily
  • Quote and close personal lines policies (auto, home, umbrella, etc.)
  • Cross-sell and bundle to maximize account value
  • Follow up aggressively on all opportunities
  • Hit daily activity and monthly production targets
  • Deliver a professional, structured sales experience
Daily Structure
  • Morning team training / coaching
  • High-volume dialing + inbound handling
  • Quoting and closing
  • Pipeline follow-up
Comp & Incentives
  • $35,000 base salary
  • Uncapped commission (top performers $100K+)
  • $1,000 Qualifying sign-on bonus:
    • $500:
      Licensed upon start date + 15 items in month 1
    • $500: 20 items in month 2
  • Performance bonuses + growth opportunities

Requirements
