JobPosition Description
With a ‘One Team’ mentality, promote and sell franchise services in the assigned territory to meet or exceed assigned sales goals. Grow and develop the customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify new prospects and to contact and follow up with customers routinely. Make repeated contact calls to build relationships and educate customers on why Puro Clean® is the best cleaning and restoration company.
Provide and communicate clear, accurate pretesting, service scoping, and job estimates. Monitor and follow up on all assigned jobs to ensure customer needs are met. Established sales goals are met or exceeded. The customer base is diverse, and new customers are routinely added. Both internal and external communications are timely and effective. Customer jobs are completed, either meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

- Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and Centers of Influence.
- Generate revenue through effective consultative and objective marketing.
- Build, maintain, and service a ‘top 25 client’ list; provide lunch‑and‑learns; and promote continuing education courses.
- Develop sales skills by understanding production, estimating, and all aspects of the Puro Clean business.
- Understanding, adhering to, and promoting safety and guidelines while in the office and traveling.
- Building brand awareness, promoting the ‘One Team’ culture and having a genuine willingness to make a difference in your community through service.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people. Asking open‑ended questions and delivering the brand ‘message’.
- Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers to create win‑win situations and support the business.
- Comfortable with setting and running appointments, educational classes, and community events in a group setting.
- Respect for safety and brand identity, ability to present yourself professionally and with integrity in a sales‑based setting.
